ICON 2009 Winner for Best Floral Design

Often times, floral trends mimic trends in fashion...or vice versa! This year being no exception, purple was the favorite of many brides. The most spectacular of purple infused wedding decor was the Mooney/Robertson wedding. Centerpieces made of dark purple stock, purple hybrid delphinium, light purple sweet peas with accents of white phaeleonopsis orchids, tulips and stock. Flower girls graced the Cathedral with angel wings and balls of flowers. Custom made acrylic holders were created for thr escort cards, sitting underneath a metal tree adorned with cascading arrangements and votives. Frosted glass table numbers and vitives accented the tables along with an orchid bloom on each guest's chair and napkin.
