How did you get into the business? Through a past employer who had a friend opening a new restaurant. He was going out
of business so he referred me and I was in!
Toughest challenge in your field? People coming in after having a bad day and doing my best turning it around for them.
Proudest moment? Having a 20 top happy hour and selling through some of our top shelf tequila.
Most embarrassing moment? We’ve all done it, dropping a pile of bussed plates all over the floor and having food splatter all
over along with the crashing noise….followed by applause.
Secretly desired food/ingredient? Our guac mixed with roasted red pepper chipotle salsa, it’s addicting.
Person in your business you most admire? Our store manager TJ
Is there a secret dish not on the menu? Loaded nachos!
What advise do you have for servers wanting to be well recognized for excellent service? Always smile and if you’re having a
bad day you can’t let if affect the people you serve and also work with.
