The event must have taken place between
September 1, 2012 and August 31, 2013
Each Entry must include the following, along with $50 fee, per entry:
+ Assembled in a 3-Ring Binder Notebook with photographs (8x10 recommended).
No loose documents please!
+All portions of your event/entry that you want the judges to see must also be
scanned to a CD or DVD. This includes synopsis, photos, invitations, seating cards and
favors. On the disk for each entry/category, please only include the photos for that
particular entry. Each CD or DVD must only contain the photos included in
your entry. An event photo disk containing all photos from the event
(100 – 200+) photos will NOT be accepted. Please only include the
photos that are printed and place in your entry.
+ 100 word Synopsis of event (100 words only please)
+ List of all vendor partners for the event
+ For wedding category submissions, additional vendor details regarding
Invitations, bridal gown and accessories, wedding cake and florals are
+ Photo credits for all photography submitted
+ Entries will not be returned
Finalists will be listed in Confetti Magazine.
Please adhere to the deadlines so we can highlight your event.
Judging will be based upon creativity, originality,
overall integration of elements, and execution of event or service.
