WHERE: The Garner Galleria Theatre 1385 Curtis St. Denver, CO 80204Based on one audience suggestion (a title of a play that has never been written), The Improvised Shakespeare Company® creates a fully improvised Shakespearean masterpiece right before your eyes. Nothing has been planned out, rehearsed, or written. All of the dialogue is said for the first time, the characters are created as you watch, and if ever you're wondering where the story is going...so are they! See the show TimeOut Chicago calls “Staggeringly Brilliant” and “Downright Hilarious!” You've never seen the Bard like this before!

WHERE: Center Stage, 27608 Fireweed Drive, EvergreenWhen The Playhouse, a rustic New England summer theatre, schedules a repertory season of Dracula, Hamlet and Charley's Aunt, comic mayhem ensues. We follow the well-intentioned but over-matched company from outrageous auditions to ego-driven rehearsals through opening nights gone disastrously awry to the elation of a great play well told and the comic and nostalgic season close.

WHERE: Coal Creek Theater of Louisville@ Louisville Center for the Arts, 801 Grant Avenue, LouisvilleJohn (Jack) Worthing, who typically resides in the English countryside with his ward, Cecily Cardew, escapes to London every so often under the guise of meeting his fictitious brother, “Ernest.” In reality there is no Ernest, and a the real reason for all his trips to London is that Jack is in love with the beautiful Gwendolen Fairfax, cousin of Algernon Moncrieff, Jack’s close friend. Jack’s chief obstacle to Gwendolen’s affection is her mother, Lady Bracknell, who demands proof of Jack’s lineage. When he returns to the country to find the necessary proof, Algernon follows him and unexpectedly shows up at Jack’s country home as the non-existent brother, Ernest. There he proceeds to fall in love with Jack’s charming ward, Cecily. This hilarious farce is a masterpiece of brilliant word play and riotous reversals.
