Ahead of the New Year, MINDBODY – the world’s leading marketplace for wellness – is hosting a 2020 Wellness Trends panel. Serving as Denverites’ gateway to fitness, beauty and integrative health, the MINDBODY app connects locals to wellness. At the end of every year, the company’s research arm releases the industry’s official trend forecast across the fitness, wellness and beauty categories. Based on the app’s data and insights from 2019, panelists will discuss Denverites’ wellness behaviors, popular studios and services across the city and emerging trends for 2020. The panel, moderated by MINDBODY Denver’s Melinda Carr, is made up of local wellness experts and entrepreneurs, including: - Jacki Carr, goal coach, writer, motivational speaker, and the co-Founder of Rock Your Bliss - Katie Wafer, founder & owner Hydrate IV - Soshy Adelstein, wellness coach, public speaker, writer and the Founder of Embody Nutrition - Reena Saucedo, Vice President of Marketing, CorePower Yoga The event will take place at Charley Co. located in The Source Market Hall 1. You must reserve your spot by booking via the MINDBODY app. Seats are first-come, first-serve. Parking available in The Source parking garage.
