National Spritz Day at Punch Bowl Social, Aug. 1 

Serving as Denver’s Spritz HQ this summer, Punch Bowl Social is celebrating National Spritz Day on Friday, Aug. 1, with $10 sips. All day long, guests can enjoy drinks from the limited-edition Summer Spritz menu for $10 while soaking up the sun on the restaurant’s spacious patio or playing games indoors. Through Sept. 1, Denverites can also enjoy unlimited play with the Summer Pass for $59.99 which includes up to two hours of karaoke and two games of bowling per day with free shoe rental; unlimited access to select activities such as Dartsee, ping pong, and pool; one $5 arcade card per day; and 10% off food and beverage purchases (including alcohol).

B&GC Island Fever Cocktail Class, Aug. 5 

Escape underground and into the tropics with the Island Fever Cocktail Class at B&GC on Tuesday, Aug. 5, from 6-7:30 p.m. For $66 per person, guests will shake, stir and sip their way through this hands-on experience where they’ll learn the step-by-step process of creating a Rum Runner and a Mai Tai. National Oyster Day at Water Grill, Aug. 5 

This year, celebrate National Oyster Day at LoDo’s Water Grill, a seafood destination boasting first-of-season catches and high-quality seafood on ever-changing menus. At Water Grill, Guests can slurp more than 15 different varieties of oysters on any given day, including Eastern, Pacific and Kumamoto – all carefully grown by Water Grill’s chosen oyster partners. Served individually, by the half-dozen or by the dozen, each oyster comes with fresh horseradish, mignonette, cocktail sauce and habanero-lime relish.

Wine on The Peak, Aug. 16 

On Saturday, Aug. 16, Halcyon will host an evening of wine, panoramic views and culinary delights at The Peak, the hotel’s new outdoor private event space on the sixth floor. In partnership with celebrated winery DANA Estates and the highly acclaimed Three Sticks Wines, guests can enjoy wine offerings paired with curated bites created by the Halcyon culinary team. The event is from 5-8 p.m. and tickets start at $65. Sunset & Saffron at Kisbee on the Roof, Aug. 20 and Sept. 10 

Renowned for its sunset views and buzzy rooftop energy, Kisbee on the Roof is celebrating golden hour with a Spanish-themed event series on Aug. 20 and Sept. 10 from 6-9 p.m. – perfectly timed with the Colorado sunsets. Featuring live, open-flame paella cooking on the rooftop; Spanish-inspired tapas and sips such as pan con tomate, sangria and cava; and an Ibiza-style DJ set, the event will curate a Spanish coastal atmosphere. Guests can soak up the views and mingle at shared tables throughout the space or reserve a cabana for a more private experience. St Julien Vegan Harvest Dinner, Aug. 26 

The annual Vegan Harvest Dinner returns to St Julien on Tuesday, Aug. 26, from 6-9 p.m. Executive chef Rich Byers will again present a thoughtfully crafted vegan menu celebrating the season’s hyper-local harvest, both from the on-site garden and the freshest local produce from farms around Boulder. The al fresco evening will begin with a welcome cocktail and passed appetizers followed by a four-course dinner. The dinner is $90 or $120 with wine pairings. Local Jones Sundae Sundays 

Summer just got sweeter at Local Jones: Through the end of September, the restaurant, located within Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek, will serve up a delicious dose of nostalgia on the patio every Sunday from 1-4 p.m. Think vintage ice-cream-stand vibes with a Local Jones twist, where guests build their own over-the-top homemade sundaes. Truly Colorado Summer Specials at The Fort, Through Sept. 30 

Take a trip to the Old West with The Fort’s summer specials. Inspired by mountain man cuisine and Native American traditions, the Red Rocks Territory restaurant is offering barbeque pork ribs with rattlesnake and rabbit bratwurst for $45.
