Winter Magic Arrives at Kimpton Claret
The Chalet and Sky Lodge debut November 17, offering alpine-inspired cocktails and an intimate rooftop dining experience in Denver

With the holiday season upon us, Kimpton Claret Hotel will be opening two winter pop-ups on November 17th – The Chalet urban après cocktail bar on the hotel’s second floor terrace and Sky Lodge at Halo Rooftop, a private dining experience for up to 10 people in a greenhouse along with a fire pit and outdoor seating set on one of Denver’s most popular rooftops.

The Chalet at Claret
Step into the warmth of The Chalet, Kimpton Claret’s annual winter pop-up, and experience the magic of an Urban Après. Nestled on the hotel’s 2nd floor, this outdoor seasonal cocktail bar features cozy fire pits, alpine-inspired décor, and a curated selection of wine and winter cocktails paired with culinary delights from Saverina.
Beginning November 17th, The Chalet is open Thursdays through Saturdays, 5–8 PM. Reservations not necessary.

Sky Lodge at Halo
Halo Rooftop Bar is one of the most popular rooftops in Denver and with the Sky Lodge, can be enjoyed even in winter! This custom-made greenhouse offers a private cocktail and dining experience for up to 10 people, complete with a firepit with outdoor seating. Guests order from a special Sky Lodge cocktail menu and select from several menus for dinner (Saverina prix fixe, Halo regular menu or an hors d’oeurves-only menu).

Beginning November 17th, Sky Lodge is available for booking nightly from 4pm-10pm. Guests may use the space a portion of this time or the entire six hours. The Sky Lodge has a 10-person maximum and an $850 food & beverage minimum (exclusive of tax and gratuity). Bookings can be made by emailing skylodge@halobardenver.com.
