A Spring In Your Step
Learn more about the making of the Spring 2025 issue
As we hop into spring in Colorado, the days are getting longer—which gets me excited to plan a few trips, refocus on my wellness, refresh my interiors and start looking at spring and summer styles.
This issue is all about travel, wellness and interior style, and I hope you enjoy reading it as much as we’ve enjoyed putting it together. Not to miss: Austria’s 60th anniversary celebration of The Sound of Music and the sights and sounds of that gorgeous country. Plus, we have some favorite local spots as well: The updated Eagle River Inn and the iconic Grand Lake Lodge will have you heading for the hills.
The interior style and art scene stories are sure to catch your eye with the well-appointed rooms
at The Dunlin in South Carolina, designed by Amanda Lindroth. Also, David Cook Gallery here in Denver is brimming with historic artworks by Colorado artists that have shaped the Western art scene. Be sure to read about these impressive artists and their works.
With the warmer temps, it’s the perfect time to get inspired by our story on the United States Tennis Association, as well as the unique health and wellness offerings around town that are sure to motivate you to move, in addition to some super-cute fitness fashions.
Fresh seasonal dishes are always welcome after winter, and our story about Slow Food Denver highlights local purveyors’ and restaurants’ commitment to sustainability and education as well as good taste. If you can’t get to Paris in the springtime, a French bistro in the Highland neighborhood brings the flavors and atmosphere of a hip Parisian bistro right to you.
And, as always, we are in awe of the people who help our Colorado communities thrive—so be sure to read our Cause Worthy, Public Persona and Business Spotlight sections. For more curated content each week, head over to coloradoexpression.com.
