Applejack Wine & Spirits Presents Bordeaux Grand Wine Tasting Experience

Applejack Wine & Spirits and We Don’t Waste are proud to host an incredible tasting of the great wines of Bordeaux Wednesday, January 22, 2025. First tasting will be from 6 p.m. – 8:45 p.m while the general tasting starts 6:45 p.m. – 8:45 p.m at the History Colorado Center. Individual tickets are available here.

The Union des Grands Crus Bordeaux (“UGCB”) tasting is an event unlike any other for wine aficionados, with proceeds benefiting Colorado’s largest food recovery-focused nonprofit, We Don’t Waste.

This is a rare and unique opportunity to taste the wines from approximately 80 different chateaux. Join the hosts in welcoming the members of the UGCB – owners, growers and representatives from each chateaux as they pour the incredible 2022 vintage.

“The number of Chateaux joining us in Denver for the UGCB wine tasting is extraordinary,” said Jim Shpall, CEO of Applejack. “But the best part is that all of the proceeds are going to a fantastic organization, We Don’t Waste.”

The history of Bordeaux and its wines reflect a wine making tradition that is incomparable. The opportunity to taste the 2022 Bordeaux vintage from nearly 80 chateaux in one setting is an experience that should not be missed.

Examples of the presenting chateaux expected to participate include: de Chantegrive, Bouscaut, Carbonnieux, Les Carmes Haut-Brion, Domaine de Chevalier, de France, Haut-Bailly, Latour-Martillac, La Louviére, Malartic-Lagraviére and many more.
