Denver’s Dairy Block Alley will once again transform into a hub for Colorado wine this spring as the Colorado Wine Walk returns on Sunday, April 26. Hosted by Blanchard Family Wines, the annual event brings together wineries from across the state for an afternoon of tastings, live music and local art in the heart of downtown.

The Colorado Wine Walk will feature a curated lineup of wineries from both the Front Range and Western Slope, including Chill Switch, Mafia Princess, The Storm Cellar, Sauvage Spectrum and Blanchard Family Wines. Guests can sample wines while enjoying live music and a live painting experience from Monica Fine Arts.

Food will also play a central role. Dana Rodriguez a six-time James Beard Award–nominated chef and owner of Work & Class and Carne will provide food offerings during the event.

Two grand tasting sessions are scheduled: one from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and another from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. A wine tasting etiquette seminar will take place at 2 p.m., offering attendees a more guided experience.

Events like the Colorado Wine Walk reflect a broader shift in how Colorado’s wine industry is being experienced. By bringing together producers from different regions in an urban setting, the event offers an accessible way for Denver audiences to engage directly with winemakers and explore the diversity of the state’s vintages.

The setting, Dairy Block Alley adds to that appeal, blending the city’s food and beverage culture with a more immersive, festival-style experience.
