Contemporary Culinary Concepts Offer New Dining And Nightlife Destinations

Kimpton Claret Hotel, a brand new, pioneer property for residents and visitors seeking a fresh yet familiar hospitality experience in Denver’s Belleview Station, announced that its two new culinary concepts – Saverina and Halo Rooftop Bar – are now open for dining. Both concepts are led by beloved Denver Chef Christian Graves and have become South Denver’s hottest new places for gathering.

Saverina is located off of the hotel’s lobby and serves Italian-inspired cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner created with sustainable, local, and organic ingredients. Saverina’s food program embraces the best of Italy while incorporating the seasonality of Colorado in its sourdough pizzas, house-made pasta dishes and vegetable-centric starters. Breakfast favorites include Lemon-Ricotta Pancakes, Mac N Cheese + Eggs and Minesta di Panne. Perfect for business lunches, Saverina features an Express Lunch option inclusive of a small pizza, half salad and espresso on ice to go for $17. Dinner favorites include Angel Hair Slippery Noodles, Chop Chop Salad, Fresh Mozzarella + Chili Crunch, and Bone Marrow + Sardi Verdi Pasta.

Saverina’s menu is accompanied by an extensive beverage program featuring big-name Italian wines, Italian-influenced cocktails such as the Blueberry Limoncello Spritz and Cacio e Pepe Martini, Italian aperitifs like amari and vermouths, as well as Italian lagers and locally sourced beers.

Saverina’s space boasts a contemporary and inviting aesthetic that is open and airy with large windows, high ceilings and abundant street-side engagement. The space is outfitted with a look that’s both understated and elegant, chic and comfortable. Materials include exposed brick, black steel, blonde wood, marble and leather. An open kitchen design helps to embrace the energy of the culinary team at work and the meticulous approach they take in their craft.

Saverina is now open for Breakfast Monday-Friday from 7:00am – 10:30am; Brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am – 2:00pm; Lunch Monday-Friday from 11:00am – 2:00pm beginning July 29; Dinner Sunday-Thursday from 5:00pm – 9:00pm, and Friday & Saturday from 5:00pm – 10:00pm. Saverina’s lobby bar will be open from 11:00am – 11:00pm daily with happy hour from 4:00pm – 6:00pm.

Perched 19 floors above street level, Halo Rooftop Bar is Belleview Station’s newest sought-after drinking destination for young professionals and residents. Halo’s kicked up social scene features crafted cocktails, a robust live music schedule, and unparalleled Rocky Mountain views.

Halo boasts both indoor and outdoor space that is sexy yet understated, provoking a sense of high design while maintaining a level of approachability. Halo Rooftop Bar is now open Wednesday through Friday from 4:00pm – 11:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00am –11:00pm.
