Four restaurants in Denver offering Thanksgiving deals this holiday season
Three-Course Thanksgiving Menu at Water Grill
Celebrate Thanksgiving with all the traditional holiday fare at Water Grill, a family-owned and operated seafood destination. This year’s three-course menu features a choice of starter (clam chowder or mixed organic greens), entrée (roasted Diestel Family Ranch turkey served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes, traditional cranberry sauce, house-made sourdough apple-celery stuffing and turkey gravy) and dessert (pumpkin cheesecake or caramel bread pudding) for $72 per adult and $26 for children under 12. For those interested in a more nontraditional Thanksgiving feast, Water Grill will also offer its regular menu.

Thanksgiving Special at Local Jones
Local Jones, located within Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek, will serve a special Thanksgiving menu from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 28. Alongside a turkey plate by executive chef Matt Heikkila that features glazed sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, stuffing, ginger and vanilla cranberry sauce and black pepper gravy, guests can enjoy a seasonal cocktail and desserts by pastry chef Saura Kline including a butterscotch pumpkin pie and a salted pecan pie.

Thanksgiving Dinner at Le Bilboquet
Le Bilboquet, the French bistro and bar located in the heart of Cherry Creek, will offer a three-course Thanksgiving prix fixe menu on Thursday, Nov. 28. The menu is $105 per person and includes a selection of starters such as roasted beet and squash salad, Beau Soleil oysters, kale and quinoa salad and foie gras mousse; and several entrées including Cajun chicken breast served with French fries, mixed green lettuce and beurre blanc, traditional roasted whole turkey complete with homemade stuffing, fingerling potatoes, crispy Brussel sprouts, Pommery mustard, butternut squash puree, cranberries sauce and gravy, or seared branzino served atop rice pilaf, roquets and coconut vadouvan sauce.. Dessert offerings include brown sugar walnut tart with caramel ice cream, pear clafoutis topped with crème Chantilly and more.

Turkey Day 5k in Frisco
On Thanksgiving morning, Nov. 28, the Town of Frisco is hosting its 11th annual Turkey Day 5K. This festive event provides a fun energy boost for runners, walkers and families before the big Thanksgiving feast later in the day. Participants of all ages are welcome, including those with strollers and leashed dogs. The 5K kicks off at 9:30 a.m. from the Old Frisco Community Center. After crossing the finish line, participants can look forward to sweet treats from Butterhorn Bakery, mini pies courtesy of Saved by the Wine, as well as warm beverages like coffee and cocoa. It’s the perfect way to work up an appetite and get into the Thanksgiving spirit.
