The National Western Stock Show is here and believe us when we say you do not want to miss these events jam-packed full of rodeos, horse shows and livestock shows. We’ve collected a list of events happening this month so grab your boots and hat and experience the West.
Rodeos
PBR Bull Riding
The PBR Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour features top bull riders squaring off against the rankest bucking bulls in North America. Fans will witness exhilarating 8-second rides and wrecks throughout the action-packed event as the PBR’s courageous riders face off against their 2,000-pound, animal-athlete opponents.

Pink Pro Rodeo
Rodeo fans, contestants, and rodeo clowns come together in a wave of pink for the Pink Pro Rodeo. Grab the pink shirt, boots, or hat and join pro rodeo athletes and the Colorado community as we rally together to fight cancer and support the American Cancer Society of Colorado. Enjoy a great rodeo for a great cause!
A portion of proceeds are donated to the American Cancer Society of Colorado.

Pro Rodeos
World champion bulls and broncs, cowboys and cowgirls roll into Denver for the first major pro rodeo competition of the season. From barrel racing to bronc riding – steer wrestling and mutton bustin’, you do not want to miss a minute of the match-up between these two and four-legged athletes.
Whether you prefer thrills and spills or speed and agility, the NWSS Pro Rodeos are the event for you.

Monarch Casino Gambler’s Choice
A show jumping competition with a rock-and-roll atmosphere, the Monarch Casino Gambler’s Choice Jumper Stake features high-level jumpers and a uniquely designed course to produce a high-energy performance.

An Evening of Dancing Horses
An Evening of Dancing Horses® is known for bringing together the best equestrian talent from around the world. Enjoy an evening full of formal dressage, reining, liberty, and other talents performed to live music provided by Spinphony Electric String Quartet.

Draft Horse, Mule & Donkey Shows
Witness firsthand the immense horsepower of these gentle giants. Featuring the workhorses of yesteryear, the Draft Horse Show and Pulling Contest offers the beauty, grandeur, and sheer force of today’s draft horses. The long weekend boasts cart, team, unicorn, 4-horse, 6-horse & 8-horse hitch classes as well as various working horse events including the ever-popular Feed Team Race within four ticketed performances.
