GST BODY

GST, which stands for Gridflow Somatic Technology, is a proprietary system with biotechnology for manipulating fascia using motion, new biomechanics and GST fascia flux to remodel tissue and heal, condition and revitalize your body. Fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle in place. The tissue does more than provide internal structure—it also has nerves that make it almost as sensitive as skin and when stressed, it tightens up, according to Johns Hopkins Medical Center. With that in mind, GST was created by Boulder’s Anna Rahe, who was desperate to ease her pain and complicated health issues. The program focuses exclusively on fascia as the singular way to take care of the whole body, holistically. GST uses motion—the primary influencer of fascia—offering the collective benefits of chiropractic, deep tissue massage, acupuncture, Reiki and organ detoxification, all in one deeply satisfying body-care experience designed to your needs. With in-person and online classes, this is a practice that offers benefits for all ages.

PERSPIRE SAUNA STUDIO

Looking to relax your mind, detox your body, burn calories, recover faster, boost immunity, rejuvenate skin and improve sleep? Turn up the heat with full-spectrum infrared saunas (without UV rays) that heat your body directly without warming the air around you. They use mid- and far-infrared waves that deeply penetrate the skin, muscles, joints and tissues to improve blood circulation and oxygen flow. Plus, they help to detoxify the body by removing impurities at the cellular level, where we store waste and harmful toxins such as cholesterol and heavy metals, and the cooler temperature allows for longer sessions to increase therapeutic benefits.
