Local Jones, an American neighborhood bistro located in Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek, will serve classic brunch favorites for Easter. From 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 20, enjoy Easter brunch specials alongside the standard brunch menu, including savory dishes such as a crab cake benedict with a lemon and chive hollandaise or a mushroom omelet; or sweet menu items like the New York cheesecake with a pistachio cookie crust or the carrot cake cinnamon roll, featuring rum-soaked raisins and cream cheese frosting. Celebrate Easter at contemporary Italian restaurant Gattara, located at Warwick Denver Hotel, with a robust brunch buffet. On Sunday, April 20, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., enjoy a variety of breakfast favorites, including bacon, sausage, bagels and lox, rum caramel French toast, freshly baked pastries and more. Chef-manned carving stations will feature roast beef, honey baked ham, grilled chicken and salmon. Guests will also enjoy a variety of small bites and sides, including a mac and cheese station, shrimp risotto with asparagus, shrimp cocktail, deviled eggs, an international cheese spread, fruits and salads – as well as a selection of handcrafted desserts.
