Parlur Denver Unveils New Curated Culinary Menu
Downtown's newest private event space releases an enticing and elevated food and drink menu for events of all types
Downtown Denver’s newest private event space, Parlur Denver, is thrilled to unveil its enticing and elevated new food and beverage program with a curated menu for events of all types. Developed by an award-winning culinary team led by Executive Chef Adam Peiffer, the new Parlur menu consists of several unique serving options from elegant multi-course plated dinners to passable hors d’oeuvres and canapes to engaging action stations and buffet-style dining.”The Parlur menu is the creative vision of our collective team and creates experiential dining unlike anything else available for private events in the area,” said Chef Peiffer. “We have incorporated local ingredients and Colorado inspired dishes into our menu to celebrate the local purveyors we work closely with along with engaging and dynamic dishes that are brought to life through our impeccable events team.”
Parlur’s menu can be tailored to suit any taste or dietary restriction. Some menu highlights include Goat Cheese Beignets, Lobster and Corn Fritters, Colorado Lamb Rack, Chipotle Pork Collar and Hatch Chile Braised Short Rib. The team has also developed unique action stations for events including a live journey through Colorado cheese and meat station, a carving station featuring pork belly braised lettuce wraps and the Art of Sashimi live station complete with fresh sushi and five kinds of caviar.
Other station options include; Colorado Lamb, Wagyu Steak Frites, Fresh Pasta, Duck Cassoulet, Risotto.

Parlur is downtown Denver’s newest private event space. Parlur’s team is led by Leorah Young, Director of Catering Sales, who is an expert at curating bespoke and highly customized events that match the excitement of having a new, large capacity event space in the heart of downtown Denver. Also on-site is a wedding cake and pastry team that can create the perfect dessert for any occasion led by Head Pastry Chef Heisell Diaz and Assistant Pastry Chef Shelby Anderson.
