Every November, a master swordsman sabers champagne bottles Napoleon-style in the middle of the atrium lobby of Denver’s historic Brown Palace Hotel. This year, the VIP level benefits the Make A Wish Foundation as an iconic way to celebrate the giving season in Denver.
