For those looking to celebrate New Year’s Eve high in the sky, Halo Rooftop Bar will be hosting a ticketed event that includes at DJ, champagne toast at midnight and a drone show.

Midnight at The Brown
Ring in 2026 with The Brown Palace’s elegant New Year’s Eve celebration set beneath the iconic atrium. The evening will feature a welcome glass of champagne, live music and dancing and elevated small bites inspired by the hotel’s culinary traditions. As the clock strikes twelve, guests will gather for a festive toast to welcome the year ahead. A Roaring ‘20s NYE Celebration at St Julien (Boulder)
Step into the Roaring ’20s for a glamorous New Year’s Eve at St Julien Hotel & Spa. Guests will celebrate the night in style with live entertainment by Top Shelf 5280 Entertainment, setting the perfect soundtrack for an unforgettable evening. New Year’s Eve Prix Fixe at Jill’s Restaurant (Boulder)
At Jill’s Restaurant & Bistro, indulge in an elegant four-course prix-fixe dinner, meticulously crafted by executive chef Rich Byers and his culinary team for New Year’s Eve. Courses include soup (wild mushroom and truffle bisque with focaccia croutons), salad (roquefort wedge with dried cranberries, candied walnuts, Brunson’s bacon or roasted heirloom beets with burrata, arugula, caramelized apple saba, pomegranate and crispy ciabatta), mains (16-ounce Snake River Farms boneless grilled ribeye with candied bacon, potato croquettes, garlic spinach and balsamic bordelaise; Moroccan sweet potato hash with cipollini, spinach, cumin, coriander and crispy garbanzo or scallop and prawn à la plancha with fennel ragout and adobo grits) and dessert (wood-oven streusel apple compote with cinnamon gelato or flourless chocolate almond cake topped with toffee fudge crumble).
