Spade & Spoon, the Front Range meal kit delivery service that focuses on Colorado producers, has begun releasing their fall menus that feature Ela Farms, Hoffman Farm, Pasture Provisions, Marsrooms, East Denver Food Hub, ORIGIN and dozens more.
Prioritizing Colorado farmers, ranchers, growers, bakers, cheesemakers, Spade & Spoon is introducing Pumpkin and Farro Salad with apples and pecans, Tuscan White Bean and Kale Soup with sausage, Polenta with fall vegetable ragu, Cheddar-Crusted Apple and Thyme Pie, and dozens of other Colorado-focused meals.
Spade & Spoon has even shared their recipe for the vegan Pumpkin and Farro Salad with roasted sugar pumpkin and nutty farro combined with crisp apples, home-candied maple pecans, and baby braising greens in a hearty fall salad, dressed with a spiced maple + cider vinaigrette. They have also shared their recipe for the Cheddar-Crusted Apple and Thyme Pie with sharp farmstead cheddar and fresh floral thyme in a classic double-crusted apple pie.
