This Spooky Season Enjoy Some Terrifyingly Tasty Halloween Cocktails
This month Adrift Tiki Bar is concocting some spooky cocktails and events perfect for this Halloween

Adrift Tiki Bar, home to Colorado’s largest rum selection with 100+ rums, has added some Halloween cocktails and food items to the menu. Additionally, they have quite the lineup of events for October, including the return of spooky Red Rum Wednesdays and a new charitable cocktail that will benefit Denver Dumb Friends League.
Stop into Adrift during the month of October where the restaurant has added spooky decor and Halloween-themed cocktails and eats. Enjoy the following spooky drinks all month long:
Dante’s Inferno Room: Rum Fire Jamaican Rum, Allspice Liqueur, Pumpkin Spice Liqueur, Clove Simple Syrup, Angostura Bitters, Coconut Cream, Pineapple and Lime Juice. Rich, herbaceous and downright devilish.
Queen Mobu’s Voodoo Elixir: Hatch Green Chili Infused 400 Conejos Mezcal, Smith & Cross Rum, Strawberry, Cinnamon and Lemon Juice. Sweet, tart and peppery but more than likely will shrink your head.
Ectoplasm Punch – 36 (Serves 2) / 68 (Serves 4): Rum Bar Silver, Brugal Extra Dry Rum, Magdala, Falernum, Demerara, Orange, Lemon and Lime Juice. Fruity, bright and maybe even alive.
Fire and Brimstone Noodles: Rice noodles sauteed with thinly sliced serrano peppers coated in house-made spicy peanut sauce. Garnished with scallions, crushed peanuts, black sesame seeds and lemon zest.
Frankenstein’s Smashed Burger: A Loco Moco fit for a mad scientist. Two housemade beef and chorizo patties are seared to perfection, adorned with fresh cheddar cheese, tonkatsu sauce, microgreens, furikake, spicy kewpie aioli, and a fried egg all served on a Hawaiian bun. Comes with Volcano Fries drizzled in Volcano sauce and furikake.
Join Adrift every Wednesday this month for Red Rum Wednesdays where the bar will have spooky films playing on the big screen, happy hour from 5-7 p.m., and discounted Halloween drinks.
As part of Adrift’s One Ohana guest bartender series, a monthly program where Adrift teams up with a guest bartender to create and serve a cocktail that will go towards a charity of their choosing. Created by Benji Franco of Linger, Sunset Birdcall, featuring Cachaca 151, Campari, Pineapple Juice, Passionfruit and Vanilla syrup, lime, and cinnamon dusting, is a riff on the Jungle Bird, and a delicious tribute and send off to summer! A portion of proceeds from this cocktail will benefit the Dumb Friends League of Denver.
