Guests can also enjoy a spacious suite with undisrupted views from their private outdoor patio and can relax with a couple’s massage at Spa Adeline followed by a dip in the heated outdoor pool. The resort offers a number of outdoor activities for the active couple including: 18-hole Robert Muir Graves-designed golf course, nature trails, tennis and pickleball courts, complimentary ebikes, and a VIP shuttle to Point Lobos Nature Reserve for incredible hiking.

Romantic Dining at Oak 

Romantic OAK at Fourteenth’s exquisite Valentine’s menu features beloved OAK dishes from over the years, and new dishes where oak-roasted meats are the star of the show. Seated at intimate tables overlooking the Pearl Street Mall, diners can expect unparalleled service, beverage pairings and a four-course prix fixe menu from the Michelin-recommended restaurant.

Guests will have a choice of starters like Hamachi Crudo with Japanese yuzu with pineapple relish and whipped avocado, or their iconic Kale and Apple Salad; followed by Chocolate Tagliatelle with duck leg confit and and shaved cured egg yolk, or sweet garlic marinated Shrimp with Colorado pear couscous, sundried tomato, and basil. Third course entrees include Braised Short Ribs with bacon and mushroom bourguignon, or wood-fired Branzino with smoked paprika bibiana and ceci bean.

The meal ends on a sweet note with a Raspberry Chocolate Tart with raspberry jam, brownie crumb and vanilla bean ice cream.

Valentine’s Dates at Halcyon

Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek  and Local Jones with themed events all week long, including: 

Valentine’s Pop-Up, Feb. 11-14: Local Jones will be decked out with hundreds of pink and red balloons, and guests can enjoy sweet specials including a dessert pairing menu, as well as treats from chef Saura’s Valentine’s Day Bake Shop.

Cocktails & Confections with Chef Saura, Tuesday, Feb. 13: Alongside in-house pastry chef Saura Kline, guests can enjoy a hands-on class to learn the art of chocolate truffle making. The class begins at 6 p.m., and attendees will receive a specialty cocktail, a gift box of truffles and 20% off a meal at Local Jones post-class.

Valentine’s Dinner, Wednesday, Feb. 14: A dinner complete with a selection of Valentine’s Day specials and a curated dessert menu, including the “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” chocolate dessert.
