The healing orzo and lemon chicken soup features house-made chicken broth with roasted veggies, garlic, lemon, chicken and orzo and is served with a slice of fresh-baked sourdough bread. For an ultra-hearty soup, go for Leven’s mushroom and barley number, which is made with cremini mushrooms and pearled barley in a rich mushroom broth and served with a slice of fresh-baked rye bread. Both soups can be found on Leven’s lunch menu.
Postino WineCafé’s OMG Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup Dip
Postino WineCafé’s takes the classic grilled cheese and tomato soup pairing up a notch with its OMG Grilled Cheese and tomato soup dip. This cheesy sandwich features layers of melted gruyere, whipped brie, goat cheese, white cheddar and smoked bacon and is served with a side of creamy, decadent tomato soup for dipping.
