Guest will enjoy a bubbly welcome drink and from there partake in an intimate evening of culinary excellence. The first course features oysters on the half shell with champagne foam and caviar pearls followed by an array of winter beets, carpaccio style, with goat cheese and micro greens to bring this light and seasonal dish together. The tantalizing main courses include either an oven roasted center cut Wagyu ribeye with caramelized onion rings and a micro baked potato or a seafood tagliatelle with lobster in a spicy red sauce. This exquisite dining experience concludes with a warmed chocolate soup with honey ice cream, blackberry caviar and almond tuiles for dessert creating a delightful finale to the four-course dinner.
