Here, guests will enjoy sweeping views of the Denver skyline while sipping on signature cocktails like the Strawberry Tides gin & tonic or the peach and lychee frosé and sampling a curated menu of small plates including ahi tuna takakis and pressed veggie tortas.
Folks trying to beat the heat can visit the highest rooftop pool and bar in Cherry Creek daily from noon to 6 p.m. and lounge poolside in private cabanas – spicy peach margarita in hand.
Kisbee on the Roof is open to the public with the purchase of a day pass via ResortPass. Then, when the sun goes down on Fridays and Saturdays, walk-in guests (21+ only) can enjoy a new bar and entertainment program, complete with live DJ sets from 7 p.m. to close.
