Celebrate Father’s Day at Former Saint Craft Kitchen and Taps with a special Laws Whiskey pairing menu on Saturday and Sunday, June 20 and 21, from 5 to 9:30 p.m. For $85 per person, guests enjoy a three-course menu with curated whiskey pairings for each course, beginning with a choice of Pork Belly Salad or Grilled Peach and Burrata paired with San Luis Valley Straight Rye Whiskey, followed by a choice of Classic Filet, Bourbon-Brined Rotisserie Chicken or Calabrian Pappardelle Carbonara paired with Flash in the Pants, and finishing with Bourbon Baked Alaska paired with Four Grain Bourbon finished in Cognac Casks.
