The acclaimed farm-to-table restaurant debuts its first-ever Saturday and Sunday brunch service
Mercantile, downtown Denver’s award-winning farm-to-table restaurant, is excited to announce that it will begin serving Weekend Brunch for the very first time this weekend.
Brunch at Mercantile will be served every Saturday & Sunday from 10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m., marking the first time that the restaurant located inside LoDo’s iconic Denver Union Station will be open on Sundays.
The vibrant new Mercantile weekend menu blends familiar brunch favorites with a seasonal, chef-driven approach. Featured dishes include Furikake Waffle & Fried Chicken, Malted Lemon Pancakes, a Breakfast Croissant-wich, a Summer Peach & Ginger Parfait and Eggs Benedict served three different ways – Classic, Smoked Salmon or BLT. Hearty entrees include a Mercantile Breakfast Burger and a Cast-Iron Farmhouse Hash. Creative brunch cocktails will also be poured, along with fresh juices and coffee drinks.
Led by Executive Chef Alex Grenier, Mercantile has earned MICHELIN and James Beard honors and is dedicated to showcasing seasonal ingredients, collaborating with local purveyors, and providing genuine, thoughtful hospitality for all guests. Notable local purveyors and ingredients include Denver’s Rebel Farms for hydroponic greens, Mountain Man Micros in Franktown, Rebel Bread’s artisanal loaves using Boulder-milled flour from Dry Storage, and Justin Brunson’s acclaimed Brunson Meat Co., known for its signature bacon.
