Denver Union Station’s Halloween Spooktacular Events

Denver Union Station is cooking up some Spooktacular Halloween events this October for all Colorado families to enjoy!

Head to Denver Union Station this October for several Spooktacular Halloween events, including Carving & Cocktails, Howl-a-Ween Pet Parade, BOOnion Station Trick-or-Treat Parade and the new Hocus Pocus Halloween Opus!

Carving & Cocktails

Sunday, Oct. 16th starting at 1 p.m.

Bring your mad carving skills and turn some gourds into ghouls at Terminal Bar’s Carving & Cocktails event. Tickets to this 21+ event start at $35 per person and include a pumpkin, all the Jack-o-Lantern carving necessities, and one delicious seasonal cocktail.

Howl-a-Ween Pet Parade   

Sunday, Oct. 23rd from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

Unleash your favorite superhero, ladybug, policeman or princess costume for your four-legged friend for a Halloween-themed pet parade and costume contest This outdoor event will be held on the Terminal Bar patio, with the Denver Animal Shelter on-site with adoptable dogs and adoption information.

BOOnion Station Trick-or-Treat Parade

Wednesday, Oct. 26th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

All of Denver’s costumed characters, both little and adult-sized are invited to take part in the 8th annual BOOnion Station Trick-or-Treat Parade.  This FREE family-friendly celebration will feature trick-or-treating, mini-train rides, balloon artists, face painting, and more. The parade will begin at 4 p.m., with prizes awarded for first, second, and third place overall best costumes.

Hocus Pocus Halloween Opus

Friday, Oct. 28th from 8 p.m. to midnight

The year is 1993. Witches, grown children, and characters of all varieties, travel back in time to a bygone era of jelly sandals, pagers, and Beanie Babies as Union Station transforms to 1990’s Salem for a night where the diabolical Sanderson sisters rule.  The evening will feature live performances, DJs, dancing, a costume contest, and plenty of throwback surprises. Tickets include a complimentary cocktail. Open to ages 21+. Tickets go on sale Sept. 12, 2022. General Admission tickets are $25 from Sept.12-30th and increase to $40 starting Oct. 1st. VIP tickets for “The Black Flame Lounge” inside The Cooper Lounge start at $100 and include unlimited cocktails.
