Enjoy Front Range & Western Slope Wines At The 2nd Annual Colorado Wine Walk
Taste dozens of wines from 12 award-winning wineries hosted by Blanchard Family Wines
Blanchard Family Wines is excited to host the 2nd annual Colorado Wine Walk on Sunday, April 23rd, a celebration of the Centennial State wine industry featuring 12 award-winning Front Range and Western Slope wineries.
Held in the Dairy Block Alley, the Colorado Wine Walk Grand Tasting will feature a dozen top Colorado wine makers, including Bigsby’s Folly, Carboy Winery, Infinite Monkey Theorem, Sauvage Spectrum and Restoration Vineyards. Two Sunday Grand Tasting sessions will be held: the first from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and the second from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Tickets to the 2023 Colorado Wine Walk are $50 each and include unlimited wine samples, a commemorative wine glass, discounted wine purchases and the opportunity to chat with wine makers and winery owners about why Colorado wineries are gaining national attention and changing the wine making landscape.
New this year – the event will kick off on Saturday, April 22nd with a Colorado Wine Maker’s Dinner, a special 4-course dinner created by Denver’s House & Howell Social paired with wines from four different wineries. Priced at $150 per person, two seatings will be held for the dinner – the first at 5 p.m. and the second at 8 p.m.
Blanchard Family Wines will also be hosting an educational seminar at 2 p.m. on April 23rd in The Windsor Room at The Maven. Titled Women in the Colorado Wine Industry,this panel discussion will feature top Colorado female wine makers and winery owners – Jayme Henderson from The Storm Cellar, Nicki McTague from Infinite Monkey Theorem and Linda Braun from Restoration Vineyards. Tickets are $15 each.
