Embark on a culinary journey this September with Dairy Block Dines, a sophisticated outdoor dinner party for 150 people in the Alley at Dairy Block on Thursday, Sept. 14th featuring top Colorado chefs, libations from award-winning cocktail crafters, live entertainment and more.
Designed to celebrate the vibrant culinary scene found at the LoDo micro-district, this four-course dinner will feature thoughtfully prepared menu by top Dairy Block Chefs – including Chef Michael Diaz de Leon of BRUTØ and Chef Cesar Tamariz of Kachina Cantina.
Curated by Denver’s Fireside at Five and RLY RLY, the menu for this special evening will feature:
Welcome Cocktail created by Poka Lola Social Club: Beach Don’t Kill My Vibe – made with toasted coconut Diplomatico Rum, Dragonfruit and Kiwi – Paired with bread from LoDough Bakery
First course: Kachina Cantina – Mexican Shrimp Cocktail of grilled gulf shrimp, onion, avocado, cilantro, cucumber, tomato served with cocktail sauce, fresh horseradish and tortilla crisps
Second Course: For[a]ged – Seared scallops with compressed watermelon, pickled jalapeno pearls and yuzu beurre blanc
Main Course: BRUTØ – Chef Michael Diaz de Leon will have the Robata Grill fired up in the Alley serving fresh fare, including woodfired mole, grilled game and seasonal vegetables
Dessert: Denver Milk Market – Affogato – Cornicello Sweet Cream Gelato topped with Morning Jones espresso and shaved dark chocolate
The evening will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets are $75 per person, which includes the four-course dinner and welcome cocktail. Guests can purchase Paired Tickets for $125 per person, which includes drink pairings from your choice of Blanchard Family Wines, Westbound & Down or Deviation Distilling.
Live entertainment will be provided by Something Vinyl Club. Cocktails, beer and wine will be available for purchase from Poka Lola Social Club.
