September 14, the Four Seasons Resort and Residence Vail’s Flame Steakhouse will kick off their latest chef in residence program with a pop-up restaurant experience, welcoming the acclaimed restaurant concept Elena, from Four Seasons Buenos Aires, with Chef Juan Gaffuri in residence. Elena was recently named one of the Best Restaurants in Latin America in 2022 – the only hotel restaurant on the list. Guests will enjoy the essence of a South American steakhouse brought into the heart of Vail.
