Top Colorado chefs coming together to raise funds for OneKitchen Colorado on Oct. 25

Mercantile is hosting One Table: A Chefs’ Collective Dinner on Sunday, Oct. 25, bringing together 10 of Colorado’s most celebrated chefs for a five-course dinner, with proceeds benefiting OneKitchen Colorado.
The OneKitchen Colorado chef coalition works with Nourish Colorado to champion fresh, local food for Colorado communities and schools.

The evening is priced at $175 per guest, with $50 from each ticket going directly to OneKitchen Colorado. A $75 wine pairing option will also be available. Advanced reservations can be made here.
Located inside the iconic Denver Union Station, Mercantile has earned MICHELIN and James Beard honors and is dedicated to showcasing seasonal ingredients, collaborating with local purveyors and providing genuine, thoughtful hospitality for all guests. Led by Executive Chef Alex Grenier, in close collaboration with Founding Chef Alex Seidel, Mercantile serves American cuisine with modern takes on classic comfort food dishes. Lunch and dinner are served at Mercantile Monday through Saturday, with a new weekend brunch now available on Saturday and Sunday.
OneKitchen Colorado helps chefs step beyond the four walls of their kitchens and into advocacy for food access and Colorado’s local food system. Through education and mentorship, chefs use their leadership to amplify the voices of farmers, families and communities. They also engage in the policies that shape access to nutritious, locally grown food, including Healthy School Meals for All.
