Madame Rambouillet’s Joyeux Anniversaire – Grand Soiree/Hotel Buyout Package

In the spirt of The Ramble Hotel’s namesake, Madame Rambouillet, a French salon host known for her raucous gatherings, RiNo’s first boutique hotel is celebrating their quinquennium by hosting a grand soiree. For a 24-hour period, the hotel will be turned over to a guest and their closest 200 friends to enjoy a fabulous fete that only the likes of The Ramble Hotel and its partner, the award-winning cocktail institution, Death & Co could throw. The celebration will be one not-to-forget and include:

      • Evening curiosities, activities and a surprise live musical performance
      • Magnums of champagne, wine, beer and Death & Co cocktails
      • All 50 guestrooms
      • Adult camping treats to roast around The Garden’s fire pits, alongside warm cocktails
      • A morning outdoor yoga class and fresh pressed juice and mimosas
      • Dinner and brunch the following morning, prepared by Death & Co
      • Early check in at 1 p.m. and late check out at 1 p.m. the following day

Additionally, groups of 20 will be treated to a private cocktail class led by Death & Co Denver’s head bartenders. The class will include a welcome drink and guided instruction of how to make several cocktails. Guests will enjoy tastes of each cocktail made by the instructor as well as a to-go Cocktail DIY kit following the completion of the class.

Madame Rambouillet’s Joyeux Anniversaire will be offered once, to one guest only from now through the end of 2023.

June 1: The Cocktail Cart Launch:

The Ramble Hotel is launching its Cocktail Cart which will bring Death & Co cocktails – and a talented bartender – directly to The Ramble’s guestrooms to create bespoke cocktails via private bartending service.

Guests can reserve the Cocktail Cart either before their stay, or during their stay through the in-room iPad. The gilded, antique cart, sponsored by Martini & Rossi and Bombay Sapphire, includes bar snacks as well as all necessary accoutrements and garnishes needed to craft each guest’s ideal cocktail. Guests will also receive a copy of Death & Co’s James Beard award-winning Cocktail Codex coffee table book, which explores six recipes identified as the keys to mastering cocktails. The coffee table book is also the perfect place for guests to keep their custom cocktail recipe cards provided by their private bartender.

The Cocktail Cart will launch this summer as a Martini Cart, followed by Negronis in the fall and a holiday cocktail in the winter. The experience will be offered nightly on a limited, first-book, first-serve basis, by appointment. The Cocktail Cart amenity is $350 for two guests.

Summer: Death & Co Denver lobby redesign

“Since opening, the support from the Denver community has been amazing. As a primarily walk-in-only bar, our wait list can grow quite large at times, and we aren’t able to give everyone who wants a Death & Co experience a chance to be served by us. We’ve been working with The Ramble team to design a new lobby configuration that will allow us to serve more guests at a time by adding 30+ seats, while still providing the intimate and high-touch service for which we are known,” said David Kaplan, Founder and Co-Owner, Death & Co.
