The most visited family ski resort in the world is growing up. Keystone is transforming from a hidden gem into a major player in the luxury market, thanks to the highly anticipated opening of a base area development called Kindred Resort, that’s set to open next year. Called the “next big thing”, Kindred will feature Keystone’s first-ever ski-in, ski-out hotel, 95 luxury residences and a private club, in addition to three new restaurants, a spa and the new home for Keystone’s ski & ride school.
Located in the prime ski-front location next to the River Run Gondola, Kindred will bring a new level of luxury, energy, service and design to Summit County with never-before-experienced amenities like ski valet and slope-side valet parking. More than 70 percent of the residences are sold, but a limited number of 1-4 bedroom condos are still available this winter with prices starting at $1.4M. The Kindred Club will begin accepting applications in the next month for the ski-front exclusive private club with valet parking, ski valet, slopeside lockers in the slopeside clubhouse and members-only events.
